Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring forUI designerWhat youll do Develop innovative visual designs, screen layouts, navigation systems,interaction models, visual prototypes, user interface elements, typography andcolor palettes (and/or wireframes, user flows, personas, and prototypes for UX) Create clean, effective, strategy-driven design solutions for both simple andcomplex user tasks Work in a rapid development and prototyping environment where effectivecommunication is paramount Produce development-ready assets, delivering design annotations,specifications/acceptance criteria, and assisting creative leads with additionalproduction tasks Collaborate with interdisciplinary project teams, working with projectmanagement and engineering to implement designs into technologyWho you are: Bachelors degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or a related field. 2-3 years of relevant experience in design. Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects. Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web. Fluency with design software (Sketch, Zeplin, Invision, Adobe Photoshop, AbodeIllustrator, Adobe XD) & other design software, including intelligently organizingfiles for design iteration and web production. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. They should be able to provide and receive feedback in a positive andconstructive manner.Good to Haves A portfolio that demonstrates your contributions to clean, effective and innovativevisual design systems across devices. Expert knowledge of UI, UX, and web standards and tools (Sketch, InVision,Adobe Suite and Keynote) Have worked with atomic and component-based design systems for enterpriseCMS applications following established brand standards from UI elements totypography, color palettes and photography Develop innovative UI systems designs, screen layouts, navigation systems,interaction models, persona-based user flows, high fidelity wireframes andinteractive prototypes An eye for trends in B2B, B2C and B2E marketing Understanding of digital product design principles, including mobile standards,systems design, and agile development methodologies Create clean, effective, strategy-driven design solutions for both simple andcomplex user tasks Work in a rapid development and prototyping environment where effectivecommunication is paramount At least 2 years experience in a client-facing lead role at an agency A passion for design trends coupled with an open mind and appreciation for thevariation in creative talent You play nice with others and think Divas are lame You calmly tackle challenges but thrive on the energy of the team Have the ability to work well cross-functionally with time and budget constraintsRegards,HR Team
