It is to this team that we owe our recognition for quality.Job ProfileKey ResponsibilitiesThe UI/Graphic Designer will work and support the design team with innovative, creative and complete design concepts for web and mobile platforms and other collaterals for print and digital media.Job Description- Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers - Responsible for design, layout and delivery of communication materials for print and digital media Qualification DetailsEssential Qualification: - Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers- Responsible for design, layout and delivery of communication materials for print and digital mediaPreferred Qualification: -Experience DetailsEssential Experience: - Ability to translate client briefs into captivating and creative design solutions- Ability to translate requirements, processes and user behaviour into innovative and intuitive user interface designs- A strong understanding of what makes a great user experience and the ability to deliver it- Capable of creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas- Follow, contribute to, and enforce brand identity guidelines- Effective design for a range of audiences within agreed brand parameters- Strong knowledge in Prepress / Web Guidelines- Performs other job-related duties as assigned- Deliver collaterals within deadlines- Working with team members to ensure effective and timely delivery of various communication collaterals- Operate as an effective member of the team and work effectively with all team members- Ability to apply visual design principles, information design, typography, color theory, graphic design, page layout, graphic imagery and iconography- Ability to work to deadlines in a busy environment - working on multiple projects at any given timePreferred Experience: -Special SkillEssential : - Tertiary qualifications in Graphic / UI Design - A minimum of 2 years relevant experience of having worked within the role of a Graphic / UI designer role involving print and digital media. - Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - Proficiency in wire-framing tools such as Invision/Axure is desirable - Experience in producing materials for print and online, and managing printers - Proven UI experience demonstrable with a strong portfolio - Proficiency in designing visual assets for different resolutions, devices or operating systems including Windows, iOS, & Android - Understanding of Apple-s human interface design guidelines, Android design and other mobile platform designs, including Google-s material design - Extensive knowledge of browser differences and how to design around these limitations - Video editing capabilities desirable but not essential - Knowledge of HMTL5 and CSS is desirable but not essential - Excellent communication skills, both written and oralPreferred : -,
