Job Description

  • Project Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
  • Work Experience :4-6 years
  • Must Have Skills :Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations
  • Good To Have Skills :Unified Communication and Collaboration Implementation
      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Liaising with the customer technical representatives 2 Provide recommendations to client on deployment of new features 3 Create and Manage requests on ITSM tool 4 Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer 5 Troubleshoot issues with Network Deployment
      • Technical Experience : 1 Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Cisco Switches, Aruba Wireless Access Points, Aruba Wireless Controllers, Cisco Routers, Firewalls Fortinet, Checkpoint, Cisco, Riverbed Bandwidth Optimizers, F5 Load Balancers and NetScaler 2 Maintain design of LAN/WAN including protocols and routing 3 Troubleshooting critical incidents and problem tickets 4 Identify potential failures and recommend solution 5 Update knowledge base with known errors/resolutions, technical documention
      • Professional Attributes : 1 Should have 7-10 years of experience in Network operational support/management roles 2 Should have supported Network deployments 3 Should have experience performing Network transitions / transformations 4Good understanding of procedures, application and concepts within own subject
      • Educational Qualification : BE
    • Additional Information : 1 CCNA and CCNP Certifications 2 Security Certifications
