Job Description

    Job Responsibilities:Unit Head - Central Planning / Real Estate & Process Engineering
    • Creating and maintaining project deliverables such as project plan (pan India), status reports, project timesheets, reports, budget, milestone/deliverable charts.
    • Responsible for data integration and reporting of various Infra projects to seniors on progress made.
    • Oversee the process of collecting project update / transition dates between various stages of progress from project managers & RH-Infra on which infra decisions are based.
    • Analyze and synthesize project related information in a concise manner and make recommendations on approaches to resolve delays / anticipated delays.
    • Create and publish executive-level summary reports and presentations. Dashboard reporting of Infra projects / project analysis.
    • Ensure effective working relationship with various stake holders (interacting departments i.e. RBCU, IT, ATM, Legal, Fincon, HR, & Audit) are maintained throughout i.e. all phases of project execution.
    • Represent Infra / Project department at meetings with various end users /departments and senior management to understand expectations, deliverables and priorities. Also update on the progress / delays / issues of various ongoing projects. Communicate key takeaways of the meetings with Project Managers and RH-Infra.
    • Develop in-depth analysis of departments rental budget, forecasting and variance analysis.
    • Manage and track timely renewals of various leased premises of Real Estate Portfolio.
    • Closely work with Project Managers, RH-Infra and Stake holders to develop detailed project plans (start to end i.e. various tasks involved, durations of each task, delivery schedule of assets and completion of project etc.) and ensure that project objectives are met.
    • Segmentation of the various activities of the projects in to manageable activity clusters (stages) and determines an effective approach for completing the tasks.
    • Regular interaction with project managers to provide advice, counsel and mentoring in regards to projects related challenges at site.
    • Ensures that project managers adhere to project management methodology i.e. appropriate tracking, reporting and updating the project tracker basis inter departmental communications.
    • Act as an interface between various stake holders i.e. Project Manager, IT, ATM, Admin, Legal Payment Ops and external vendors for keeping them informed on progress in order to manage expectations on project requirements and deliverables thereof.
    • Handle and manage yearly Audit (Internal and External) and keep stake holders informed on action to be taken on gaps observed on processes and ensure implementation basis agreed time lines with Audit.
    • Automate and enhance existing process of approvals (PAS) and lease document management (LDMS). Monitoring, coaching and mentoring of regional teams for effective use of the said softwares.
    • Manage IPCs relations, Rental Bench-marking requirement (for New and Renewal Locations), Divestment of Bank owned properties which are not gainfully utilised.
    • Effectively coordinate the activities of Infra team to meet project milestones, review each project periodically to ensure projects are completed within the projected timelines.
    • Handle various infra related requirements at the major offices in Mumbai i.e. Bank House, Kanjurmarg & Peninsula Business Park. Handle various Special Projects assigned time to time.
    Educational Qualifications:Degree Holder in Engineering (10- 12 years +) / Diploma in Engineering / Graduate (8- 15 years +) with experience in BFSI. Post graduate with MBA will be preferred.Key Skills:Special / Technical Skills needed
