Job Description

  2. Ability to influence and convince senior officials and product teams and share technology aspects and get their support.

Experience Required:
  1. Minimum experience of 6 years to 12 years of sales and portfolio management.
  2. Exposure to channel / distribution management
  3. Ability to manage different stakeholders
  4. Ability to manage large teams. Exposure to team management is must.
  5. Ability to multitask
  6. Excellent presentation skills

  1. Increase in Channel Partners
  2. Growth in Volumes
  3. Growth in Fastag product distribution
  4. Increase volume and sales of other bank products
  5. Meet the sales budget for xsell products
  6. Retention of the client
  7. Increase in leads for the product.
  8. Increase in Bank visibility across end customers
  9. Customer Service and Escalations
MAJOR ACTIVITIES
  1. Sign up new aggregators / DSA /Channels
  2. Ensure Volumes target are met for the year and every aggregator/DSA meets the plan
  3. Ensure that maximum business is given to the bank by every aggregator / DSA / Partner and sign up of new alliance partners
  4. Ensure that merchant partners xsell other bank products like Cards, Emi, accounts etc
  5. Ensuring that Sales team is trained and consistent communication is sent to the channel
  6. Training of vendor staff across Aggregators/partners
  7. Training of bank staff of basic nature of the product.
  8. To ensure marketing activities are done across merchants to bring more business.
  9. Ensure that escalations and complaints are to a minimum. Ensure the sales team adheres to the process
