Job Description

    The desirable candidate would be responsible for demand-gap assessment, stakeholder consultations, financial analysis and modelling of the Infrastructure development. We are looking for an Associate who would be engaged on a project-by-project basis. We also prefer a candidate that have a flair for seeking opportunities and willingness to travel in India/abroad.
Master in Urban Planning or Infrastructure Planning. Minimum 05 years of experience in Urban Sector. Should have worked on assignments of preparation of Master Plans, preparation of feasibility study(s) for such projects. Responsibilities
    Review national, state/provincial, and municipal Development Plans, current city masterplans, land use and transportation and all other sector development plans available. Work with the concerned administrative departments on plan and project design improvements. Provide guidance and assistance to city administrations and design institutes in their assessments on the overall planning and design of urban and regional development planning. Prepare international best practice case studies for urban and regional planning for economic development. Propose options for urban and regional development strategies to enable and promote economic development strategies. Assess urban and regional infrastructure systems and investment needs, including transport infrastructure, logistics and warehousing, and potentials for .
