Job Description

    Urgent Opening Fo Account ExecutiveJob Location- Juhu (Vileparle)Qulification- GraduationWork Experience-2-3 YearJob Details-Reconciliation of Debtors, Creditors and other Ledger AccountInvoice bill checking & Vendor Payment Processing.Knowledge of accounts finalization on ERP, SAP, Tally and M.S Excel.Responsible for total vouchers developmentResponsible for all Cash and Bank operation.(Handling cash & checks)Accounts finalization, Income tax matter, & maintaining statutory books compliance related matterChecking of Receipts & Payments Voucher.Manage and track petty cash and expensesPerforming budgeting and forecastingUploading individual IT returns onlineFinalization of accounts/ preparation of Balance sheet , P&LEnsure the timely approval and payment of employee expense reports for India as well as globally as per applicable policies.Assist management with information to external auditors for annual audit of financial statements. Also assist in Internal AuditHandling annual external auditKnowledge of Accounts Payable process will be added advantageComply with company policies and procedures.Additional duties as assigned by management.Salary-15000 to 20000 (Depend On Interview)Call For More Details
