Responsibilities and Duties :----------- Meet with Business User to determine business and functional requirements. Perform configuration and customization of the vTiger platform or any other CRM Platform like Salesforce, Dynamic CRM etc Participate in and/or lead efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation Facilitate effective change management programs within the organization including creating and administering communication plans to promote end-user adoption Act as a user advocate to ensure overall system usability and adoption Participate in the sales cycle as needed (solution definition, pre-sales, demos, estimating and project planning)Job Requirement Experienced candidates must have 4 + years of experience working as business analyst / consulting role. Minimum 3 projects released as a CRM BA. Should have executed at least 1 project in Salesforce is must. Experienced candidates must have 4 + years of hands-on experience working on the Salesforce.com or will be considered for depth on other CRM software packages (Salesforce , Microsoft CRM, SAP CRM, I SalesLogix, Oracle On-Demand and the like) Candidate should have direct experience working on CRM projects for middle market companies. Should have work experience on Power BI / Data warehouse / SAS or any equivalent analytical tool. Handling resource allocations and setting communication channels across various horizons of organization structure Excellent organizational, verbal, presentation/facilitation and written communication skills Ability to work well with people including project stakeholders and project team members Analysis of large and complex data sets from multiple sources. Identification, development and implementation of statistical techniques and algorithms that address business challenges and adds value to the organization. Ability to travel ,
