  • The job responsibilities of GRE ( Guest Relation Executive) will involve
  • Greeting the customer once they have reached the site.
  • Offer refreshments.
  • Assist the CRM team with day to day activities.
  • Help customers with Allotment Letter/Documents when the CRM Manager is busy.
  • If required show the customers the flat.
  • Promptly address customer request.
  • Liase with other departments to provide an overall comfortable customer experience.
  • Assist customers with any queries they may have
Skill Set:
  • 1. Presentable with Good Communication Skills
  • 2. English Speaking is a must
  • 3. Preferable having prior experience
  • Timings: Shift window between 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
