Job Description

    Greetings of the Day.REQUIRED CANDIDATE WHO IS HAVING MINIMUM 1 TO 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE Hr Operation and RecruitmentsCoordinator.Recruitment coordination in volume hiring. Responsible for coordinating with vendors.Description
    • Recruitment coordination in volume hiring for Logistics
    • Utilize relevant channels to source candidates. Create internal talent pipeline as well as through 3P staffing agencies, ensuring candidates meet hiring bar prior to on boarding.
    • Execute and manage New Hiring Events (NHE) based on labor projections to meet the labor order demands and fill on-time. This includes activity not limited to manage candidate footfall, candidate expectation setting & filtration on role fitment
    • Audit connect for role expectation understanding & circulation of Welcome Kit / Associate job info slips (Site Map, Role & Compensation Details, NHO POC) (on N-1 Day)
    • Guide staffing vendors & applicants through the hiring process in accordance with s policies and procedures.
    • Develop & maintain effective communication process to ensure smooth & efficient flow of information amongst the key stakeholders.
    • Must be able to travel as needed to conduct hiring events in various locations within your designated site or assigned geographical area.
    • Staffing Coordinators are required to work a flexible schedule.
