We are a well-funded (>6 million USD) and rapidly growing startup operating in Mumbai, Bengaluru,Delhi and Mumbai and soon to establish a PAN India presence.What we can offer:An ego-free work culture & chance to be a part of a growing start-up teamThe freedom to execute your novel ideasGoals that will push you to the limits of your abilitiesThe opportunity to impact the lives of millions of people with the products we buildResponsibilities:Handle calls on leads generated for clear aligner (Smile correction/ Smile straightening) services on ourdigital platforms.Describe the services and USP of the same and try to generate maximum conversions.Regular follow-ups with potential clients/ patients.Overall problem-solving for customers and coordination as necessary.Handle any operations-related activities that may be required.Tabulate and record responses from all channels on excels.Generate relevant reports from the same.Schedule appointments for patients and coordinate with the required doctor who shall visit the patientAnalyze the quality of calls and strive for improvement.Requirements:1. Minimum 1 year of experience in Counselor/ Inside Sales / Tele Sales2. Freshers with excellent communication pref.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills4.
