Job descriptionRequired Qualifications:Experience in Full Stack JavaJ2EE Development with experience of Front End, Backend, UI and Database Development using technology stack like Core Java, MVC, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, Micro Services, HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, Postgresql etcGood knowledge of front-end tech stacks Angular, ReactJs, and HTML.Good working experience with Containerization and orchestration tools and technology.Demonstrable experience of 5+ years in architecture, design and development of Complex, Very Complex and Large features catering to preferably BFSI domain.Expertise in designing Architecture framework in areas Application Architecture, Integration Architecture, Deployment strategy, DevSecOps Automations , API communications and management practices.Expertise on Workflow mgmt tools like CamundaSharp analytical abilities, proven creative design skills, excellent communication skills.Responsibilities:Provide functional, architecture and design specifications for various features.Lead one or more projects involving feature development, with multiple team members, for various components.Code reviews and Quality checklist management.Quality ownership in Code, Quality and process ownership.Provide an accurate plan for development involving own and team members- features.Ensure timely release of committed features with very high quality.Enable up skilling of peers and subordinates involving topics in areas of domain expertise.Work collaboratively with team members.Provide innovative and optimized solutions for assigned features.
