Job Description

    Role: Direct Sales ExecutiveIndustry Type: Life InsuranceDepartment: Sales & Business DevelopmentEmployment Type: Full Time, PermanentRole Category: B2C SalesCTC - 2.5 LPA to 6 LPARole and Responsibilities: Promote and sell life insurance policies to prospective clients throughdirect channels Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance products Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customersatisfaction and retention Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries andresolving any issues Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth ofthe organization Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, andregulatory requirementsCandidate Qualifications: Previous Sales Experience: Proven success in a sales role, preferably ininsurance or financial services. Experience in life insurance sales is highlydesirable. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills to effectively present information, listen actively, and respond to client inquiries. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport, establish trust, andmaintain long-term relationships with clients. Good negotiation andpersuasion skills are essential. Self-Motivated: Demonstrated ability to work independently, setgoals, and achieve targets. Proactive and driven to succeed in acompetitive sales environment. Knowledge of Insurance Products: Familiarity with various types oflife insurance policies, their features, and benefits.
