Job Description

Dear Sir,We have Urgent opening as a Manager Estimation at. Mumbai.Organisation is into Manufacturing & Engineering, Fabrication, Structural, Storage tanks, Piping, etc. for Pan India & Abroad.Gender - MaleQualification - Dip. / BE/ B Tech - Mechanical / ChemicalExperience - 12-15 Years ( Similar Industry )Skills Required :-

  • Handled Estimation EPC Projects / Piping / Structure / Storage Tanks - YES / NO.
  • Experience in estimate ready ( BOM - Bill of Material/ BOQ - Bill of Quantity) from Drawing - YES / NO
  • Knowledge of Market Rates - Steel,Metal, Skid - YES / NO
  • Knowledge ofTendering - YES / NO
Responsibility :-
  • Estimate the value of projects being tendered to realise profit, growth and revenue recognition.
  • Quantify Project Value and Budgets apportioned to this position.
  • Quantify any other relevant magnitudes to the position
  • Preparation of fabrication drawings & BOQ to ensure Zero Rejection
  • Accurate Estimation of Projects with timely submission of tenders for EPC projects, preparing bid prices for items
  • Study and review tender specifications, Drawings, Data, commercial terms & conditions of tender.
  • Co-ordinate and consider real time inputs for estimate and tendering from support functions viz., Finance, Purchase, Asset Management, Business Processing and HR for manpower related costs.
  • Accurate measurements & Invoicing, achieving project milestones.
  • Visits to project site to collect site / location related information for appropriate and accurate estimation of costs and items.
  • Active Participation in process mapping , inputs mapping, MIS reports Testing, Parallel Run and Go Live as per ERP Project Management deliverable
  • Adherence to Quality, Safety, Ethics and Integrity Standards of the company.
