Job Description

Birla Brainiacs is looking for a dynamic and energetic telesales caller for converting free trial students to paid customers on our platform.Visitbirlabrainiacs.com/to know more about our company.Job Title -Student Counsellor.Job Location:- Churchgate (post lockdown)Job Responsibilities -Admission to paid courses1. It will be a sales target driven role. Counsellor will be mainly responsible to get admissions for paid courses. For this she has to call school principals, Students and parents and convince them for paid courses.2. Relationship management with key school principles.3. Giving online product demo4. Organizing CRM data with quickly accessible reports.Qualification and experience1. Person has to be proficient in communication and should be motivated for telesales calling.2. At least 2 years experience in admission cells of any school or online educational course company.Travel requirement -Nil,Salary Range - 15-20 K per month and bonus on each admission.Note:-

  1. The candidates would be working from home for the duration of the lockdown and would resume working at the Head Office once the lockdown lifts.
  2. The candidate would have to manage with their own laptop/desktop for the duration of the lockdown.Once office resumes,workstation would be allocated to the candidate at the head office.
  3. The position would be on a contractual basis of 1 year.
