  3. Interactions with stakeholders for completion of task
  4. Ensuring completeness of the responses sent to the investors
  5. Attending Inbound calls
  6. Multicare Role.
  7. Identification of process gaps
  8. Cross Selling
Profile:
  • Highly Customer Centric
  • Good in Telephonic discussion
  • Must have customer servicing
  • Must have basic computer skill
  • Good written and verbal Communication Skills
  • People skills Team Player
