      Position:Digital Relationship Manager

      Education and Qualifications:
      1.Minimum Bachelors degree. Preference would be accorded to BFM, BBI, BAF,
      BMS
      2. NISM Capital Market/Insurance/MF modules (Desirable)
      Experience:
      Fresher

      Key Requirements:
      1.Proficient in MS office
      2.Fluent in both verbal and written Communications.
      3.Basic understanding of capital markets business
      Roles and Responsibilities:
      1.Single point of contact for HNI relationships virtually
      2.Assist customers to transact digitally
      3.Outbound/Inbound calls to reach to the mapped customer base on daily basis
      4.Strive to achieve business targets as per assigned portfolio
      5.Cross sell/Upsell to increase product penetration
      6.Customer onboarding and activation
      7.Proactive retention of customers
      8.Interact with clients on research calls, advisory to keep clients active &
      increase revenue
      9.Converting and generating revenue from dormant customers
