Dear Candidates,Greeting of the day!We have an urgent opening for Graphic DesignerDesignation: Graphic DesignerLocation: MumbaiExperience: 5 Years CTC 7 LPA 8 LPA Notice Period: Immediate/Max 30 Days Mandatory Skill: Experience in Beauty IndustryDuties and Responsibilities:Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements*Creating images and layouts using design softwareTesting Graphics across various mediaDefining the entire process of visual requirements, graphic designing, illustrations, layouts, photos etc.Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, retail communications, websites, banners (online), with software such as Photoshop, and illustrator.Taking design briefs to understand requirementsMaintain a library of all brand assets like logo, visuals, product shots (category wise, franchisee wise, and year wise).Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and videoConceptualizing & developing design concepts in accordance with the brand guidelines.Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identityUnderstanding best practices for using a content management systemWork closely with the content manager for writing copyDeveloping various types of creative content && amends designs after feedback.Offline creative contentAdvertisements && adaptations (for all mediums)Brochures/leafletsProduct CatalogueVisuals/StandeesAnnouncersPackagingOnline creative contentBannersWebsiteProduct listing (resizing/renaming)A+ contentMake creative brand templates for the occasion like promo driven, occasion drivenEnsuring the brand guidelines && aesthetics are in place on all creatives/layoutsLiaising with suppliers and service providers to ensure proofs are of good quality and in line with production specificationsCreating && designing callouts, stickers for counters to add uplift the impact on the countersObtain input from stakeholders, ensure designs meet brand standards and expectations, and express ideas accurately.Design aesthetics for making brand presentationsJob Requirements:Excellent English writing and communication skills; local languagesProven graphic designing experienceFluency in working on illustrations or other graphicsFamiliarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Sketch-up, 3d design, office 365)A keen eye for aesthetics and detailsAbility to work methodically and meet deadlinesMinimum 5 years experience, ideally in the beauty industry.Graduate in any streamDiploma in Graphic Designing, understanding art directionExperience in working with agencies, internal stakeholdersDesire to continue to grow skill set with ongoing education and trainingWorking knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript, InDesign%Video editing would be an add-onInterested candidates can share their CV on hidden_email ORhidden_email
