  • Install application software in Server and PCs as per defined procedures.
  • Knowledge of SQL and ORACLE database installation and Trouble shooting.
  • Experience in handling Server backup / restoration procedures/ configuring task Schedulers.
  • Configure computer hardware operating systems to suit application software.
  • Well versed with different types of Server hardware and software specifications.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
  • By using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support to customer. Well versed with Team viewer, Amy admin, Any desk software.
  • Talk to staff or customers through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
  • Knowledge of procedural documentation IQOQ and relevant reports
  • Creating technical specifications
  • Writing operational documentation with technical authors
  • consulting clients and colleagues concerning the maintenance and performance of software systems with a view to writing or modifying current operating systems
  • continually updating technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and external courses, reading manuals and accessing new applications.
