Market survey/ Product quality management/ product sourcing. Product planning for sales through TV Slots / Newspapers Advs. Analyzing consumer buying patterns and predicting future trends. Regularly reviewing performance indicators, e.g. sales and discount levels. Managing plans for stock levels. Reacting to changes in demand. Meeting Brands/Distributors/Suppliers and negotiating terms of contract. Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers for future products. Liaising with other departments within the organization to ensure projects are completed. Attending trade fairs, road shows and assemble a new collection of products Participating in promotional activities of new and existing products. Writing reports and forecasting sales levels Presenting new ranges to senior management. Organize samples and product information and hand it over to creative team and content team respectively. Follow up and make sure goods gets delivered to warehouse on time. Get the inventory updated in the system and maintain the schedule planned to go live. Track sales day on a daily basis.Desired Candiate Profile Minimum 1 year experience of merchandising. Good skills in Microsoft Office products. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Qualification: Graduate any stream
