Job Description

    Role SummaryThe role is responsible for planning and execution of the IT strategy in line with business strategy across the organization. Duties include identification of opportunities, ensuring development of processes, implementation and enhancement of operations and maintenance of applications to meet the evolving business needs. Developing and implementing enterprise-wide IT infrastructure and application road map to support the business growth forms a crucial part of the role.JD
    • Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, and anticipating organizational requirement
    • Manage enterprise software applications, IT Governance, Information Systems and Audit
    • Develop requirements, outlines, budgets, and schedules for information technology projects
    • Manage change requests between development, test, and production environments.
    • Driving and monitoring implementation of IT initiatives as required by all business groups
    • Ownership of IT budget
    • Manage communications and working relationships between IT and other departments within the organization as well as outside IT service providers
    • Participate in software and hardware evaluations and maintain vendor contracts
    • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
    • Ability to work effectively and efficiently without supervision while utilizing time management and multi-tasking skills is required
    • Having clear ability to deliver high-quality, cost-effective IT solutions that serve the strategic and business needs of the organization
    • Self-starter and self-learner, with an ability to motivate others
    • People-oriented with a focus on mentoring
    Must Have Skills
    • Sound knowledge and hands on experience of Software development in Microsoft technologies
    • SQL, Oracle DB
    • Understanding and implementation of APIs
    • Analytic Reports, Dashboards
    • Project Management
    • AWS/Azure
    • Domain knowledge of Staffing Industry (Recruitment, HRMS, Payroll etc)
    • Stakeholder Management
