Job Description

Position: Store ManagerLocation: Mumbai -Phoenix Palladium - Parel

  • Meeting sales targets of the COCO store
  • Motivating store staff - training, and supervising them
  • Managing store budgets, and maintaining sales reports
  • Dealing with customer issues and complaints.
  • Responsible for Inventory Management / Merchandising of Stores.
  • Monitoring competitors activities and helping management devise effective counter measures.
  • Market and product research and feedback.
  • Help in Marketing activities like VM Installation/ In Mall branding
Desired Candidate:
  • Education Any Graduate, Preferred PG / MBA Retail Mgt.
  • Minimum 7 to 8 years of work experience in a Fashion / Apparel / Retail Industry as Store Manager.
  • Excellent communication and Presentation Skills
  • Customer-focused and commercial-focused , withselling experience and solid Product, Retail / Fashion Industry understanding
  • Knowledge of Store operations, Merchandising, VM, KPI targets etc,
  • Be Brand Ambassador and exhibit Brand Attitude and Values
  • Adhere to Standard / Established policies and process.
