JOB PROFILEName : -Reporting : - MDDesignation: -Office Boy (All Office Boy)Role : - Accountable for Office Boy.-He should have good manners.He should be well-groomed since hygiene is a must.Bring office keys.Daily greet management personnel once you enter in the office and before leaving the office.Always greet the person whom you are serving.Behave like a matured, responsible and disciplined individual.Be honest and punctual. Always report on time.Keep office neat and clean.Clean the office floor daily in morning and evening.Clean carpets, upholstered furniture, and/or draperies, using vacuum cleaners and/or shampooers.Dust and polish furniture and equipment. Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy.Wash dishes and clean kitchens, cooking utensils, and silverware.Assists all office staff members.Make arrangements for management personnels lunch.Make and give tea or coffee and snacks to each staff member.Responsible for maintenance of tea/coffee vending machine.Arrangement for clients snacks and beverages.Daily clean management cabins.Attend bell calls from management cabins.May have to do other general official work and personal work of MG management.Replace light bulbs.Replenish supplies such as drinking glasses, linens, writing supplies, and bathroom items.Sort, count, and mark clean linens, and store them in linen closets.Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary.Disinfect equipment and supplies, using germicides or steam-operated sterilizers.Hang draperies, and dust window blinds.Move and arrange furniture, and turn mattresses.Observe precautions required to protect hotel and guest property, and report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors.Prepare rooms for meetings, and arrange decorations, media equipment, and furniture for social or business functions.Distribute gifts to the management relative at the time of occasions.Answer telephones and doorbells.Purchase or order groceries and household supplies to keep kitchens stocked, and record expenditures.If required working on Sundays also as per management instructions.Looking after departure if required.Open and lock the office daily alternatively every peon.All responsible any outdoor work as per management instruction.Follow the supervisor rules as per instructions.Reporting:-Reporting to be followed strictly.Note:-1. The Managing Committee can add or change additional job responsibility at any time during the tenure of the employee.2. Process sheet for respective client is attached at the end. Please follow the process as per attached sheet.-
