  • Drive forward lookingsalesstrategies to grow the businessofSurfactants/ Ethoxylates /Ester by developing new customers in the International market and establish a positive reputation
  • Build positive and long termrelationshipwith existing key customers to retain and further grow existing business and explore opportunities in new potential businesssegment.
  • Develop Annual Marketing Plan
  • Co-ordinateand develop customized products with R&D
  • Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual production planning andsalesreports
  • Implement continuoussalesperformance evaluations and improvements, to ensure a high levelofcustomers satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain excellent understandingofthe technical applicationsofthe clients new & current products and keeping the customers abreastofsuch developments
  • Generate regional business support information which includes monitoringofkey competitors, market statistics and trends to support business decision making
  • Visit/Participate in exhibitions related to the industry to meet existing customers and explore new customers
