OR CALL ON : +91hidden_mobileJob description:Cataloging & Sourcing Coordinator:- Coordinate with the design & product team to prepare the catalogue layout as per the provided format.- Prepare the retail, e-com & distributor order forms.- Update India Mart catalogue with new products.- Analyzing of e-com clients website content for our products & inform them in case of any corrections.- Coordinate with sales team to fill out order forms, data & client requirements.- Share updated order forms & catalogues with clients, sales team, or any other departments.- Prepare & submit filled order forms to the invoicing department.- Coordinate with the marketing team for new product launches for both, online as well as offline marketing.- Data entry & cross-checking data entered.- Efficiently sourcing packaging material, stamp papers, marketing material (racks, standees, flyers, pamphlets & other print requirements), visiting cards, sales team kit, office & warehouse stationery, pantry supplies, laptops, CCTV cameras & other any other such requirements from local vendors or online marketplaces.- Visit retail outlets for data collection, display audits & setting up marketing material etc.- Assist & participating in setting up stalls for events / exhibitions.Skills Required- Good excel knowledge & experience- Expert negotiator- Attention to detail- Good English written & verbal skills- Experience with working with printers / designers- Keen drive to learnAssessment:Communication Skills Phone assessmentExcel Use of basic formulas V-look up, import range, filters, sum, data validation etcAttention to detail Find a mistake in an e-coms listingVendor sourcing Quote for plastic or print materialSalary is upto 30k PMWHATSAPP NO.
