Job Description

Job description-

  • Candidate should be have minimum 1 to 2 years experience .
  • Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, complaints, and credit requests about products and services. Resolve complaints and ensure customer loyalty.
  • Should be able to handle and coordinate with sales persons and handle various regions requirement & dispatches.
  • Ability to handle Invoicing, Stocks and Record keeping Able to work as a Sales coordinator.
  • Ability to accurately document and present information and filling the documents correctly.
  • Coordinating with the sales team of their orders and place strong & clear communication with them.
  • Able to do Payment follow up with Clients whenever required.
  • Able to speak and arrange for dispatches with Transporters
  • Ability to read, write and comprehend the English language/ Email drafting.
  • Ability to speak clearly and project good voice tone Ability to keep information confidential
  • Multi task and self-starter.
