Job Description

Urgent Requirement for Estimator and Biller in Interior Designer (Male Candidates only).Job Location: MulundSalary Package: 2.4lpa-3.00lpaExperience Required:2-3years

  • Developed good strategic relationships with various direct and indirect clients.
  • Targeted & approached various key clients such as architectural firms, PMCS, Brokers, design firms, And real estate developers & Corporate for turnkey interior Solutions.
  • Finalized sales contracts of new business opportunities.
  • Drove & achieved sales and revenues.
  • Worked closely with team members such as architects, civil engineers, designers, tendering team
  • Prepared BOQs for Modular furniture as per clients requirements.
  • Coordinated with the client managers and service providers on the preparation of bids, costing and Pricing.
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
  • Should have good knowledge of Market & market analyses
  • Formulating specifications and preparation/Review of BOQs.
  • Preparing/ Review & Comparing the Tender Document, Quotation, Architectural Drawings and Formulate Public
  • Preparing cost estimates based on the detailed BOQ to confirm Project Budget.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, required documentation and presentations.
  • Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors and influence them to Take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
  • Build, develop and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
  • Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
  • Negotiations with clients & vendors.
  • Approve site measurement sheet & checklist & give it to supervisors.
  • Should be able to calculate BOQ, BOM, Prepare Quotation for Interiors Sites for all material required
  • Must have good knowledge of AutoCAD & Excel
  • Candidates residing in Central Line are preferred
