Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for End to End Recruitment which includes Sourcing, Shortlisting profiles, Scheduling Interviews, Candidate Co-ordination, and Client Coordination.
  • Responsible for handling all Levels of Recruitment.
  • Taking requirements from clients & sending them relevant profiles.
  • Shortlisting Candidates through Telephonic Interview.
  • Arranging face to face interview with client & intimating the candidates about the feedback
  • Follow up with Candidates and Clients until the candidates get selected and ensure the joining process.
Skills:
  • Should have Excellent Communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi)
  • Should have good command on computer software: Ms. Office, Word, and Excel.
  • Honest and dedicated to work
  • Should be smart enough to tackle in any given situation
  • Confident and have good presentation skills
CTC offered: Rs. 12,000 - Rs. 16,000 per month + IncentivesLocation: Mulund (West)Experience: Freshers or Min 6 months experience into recruitment profile.Timings: 10.30 am to 7.00 pm (6 days working profile)Only Female candidates are eligible.
