Job Description

    Process-Reconciliation and SettlementNo. of Positions10GenderMale / FemaleAbout ProcessTransaction Reconciliation / settlement , Refunds and Merchant Settlement for all payment modes (CC/DC/NB/UPI /Loyalty etc.,)Eligible payout processing to Brands / Merchants as per the agreed cutoff timelines -defined SLAsProcessing of refunds , curing the un-match transactions by liaising with respective stake holdersResolution of dispute / chargeback cases by liaising with respective stake holdersAssist in testing of newly incorporated gateways/New Merchant/New system developments and providing inputs to the Product/Business TeamPreparing MIS reports and Data Analysis for management to assist in critical decision-making processLeading, training and monitoring performance of the team members for maintaining excellence in the SLAsResponsible for ensuring SLAs for sub-processes such as settlement and reconciliation operations query resolutions etc are maintainedEnsuring highlights anomalies transactions and liaising with the Biller teams for charge backsSupport with data / information for handling Grievances and escalationCoordination with Internal stake holders and External partnersPerforming daily end to end reconciliation activities for processes and product lineAssist in Automation of ReconciliationsMaintain and strengthen internal controls related to reconciliation and reportingData from various participating entities is reconciled in system to arrive match & un-match status and exceptionsEach of the status have resolution process as per agreed SLAs with entitiesTitle-Operations ExecutiveLocationMumbai - Fort HouseRequirementAverage Communication Skills (7/10)1.5 year into into Reconciliation. Candidates from target companies (mentioned above) would be preferredPrior experience in financial services or specifically payments industry preferredFlexible, positive and results-oriented attitude, works well with changing timelines and priorities and can proactively manage upWorks with a sense of urgency and makes efforts to motivate others towards common goalsDemonstrated ability to gather and synthesize complex information, make sound tactical decisions, and communicate such information in a clear, simple way to a variety of audiences, ranging from senior executives to working-level analysts and technical specialistsTechnical aptitude: Demonstrated ability to work with complex products or capabilities, the ideal candidate will have an existing basic understanding of mobile and digital payment technologies.Excel ExpertExpert in Power PointOptional Knowledge of MS Access / Open Office tools (preferable)Optional to have Knowledge of VBA , SQL , SASAnalytical understandingSystem UnderstandingShould be a Team player and flexible enough for multitaskingEducation-Graduate
