Role Objective: To manage the accounting of the entire fixed assets of MDL, including the relevant Statutory compliance, automation and other related activities. Job Responsibilities: 1 FIXED ASSETS MANAGEMENT a Capitalization b Project Capitalization c Depreciation entries d Fixed Assets Schedules e Capital Work - In Progress f Quarterly physical verification of assets and reporting thereof g Fixed Assets insurance as per due dates h Navision upgrades and automation processes I Handling Auditors with respect to Fixed Assets 2 Statutory Compliances a Monthly GST working on assets movements b Weekly reconciliation of E-way bills on Asset movements c Assist in monthly GST compliances 3 Others a Panel incentives-workings, payouts as per internal policy b Barcoding of assets Measure of Success (KRAs) Ensure proper working of FA including Meter transfers on a month on month basis. Ensure coordination with the operations team with regards to the processing of panel incentives on a month on month basis and ensure the same is paid as per agreed timelines.
