Responsibilities:- Developing, testing and deploying new features and stories in small, cross-functional teams- Actively partaking in and contributing to the development methodologies put in place by the team- Taking ownership and being proactive about current and future projects- Leading, mentoring and growing the team- Ensuring high-quality code and reliabilityYour profile:- Excellent understanding of JavaScript (ES2015) and several years of production-level experience with at least one SPA framework (preferably React)- Intermediate to advanced server-side knowledge (especially Node.js and PHP)- Experience with testing (A/B, end-to-end, unit)- An eye for design and working knowledge of UI/UX best practices- Team leading skills- Comfortable working in a fast paced Agile development environment- Good communication and organizational skills
