The Recruiter will be responsible for candidate pipeline development, both active and passive. Close job requirements every month through direct sourcing, initial screening and scheduling candidates according to job specifications. Responsibilities: Identify potential candidates through the use of intricate Boolean searches, user groups, social networking, candidate referrals, networking, web sourcing and ATS. Screen and pre-qualify candidates. Integrate diversity sourcing strategies into candidate development strategies. Collaborate with account manager / director to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals. Key Requisite Graduate (or) Post Graduate. Should have good technical skill. Minimum 15yrs of regular education (10th 12th 3 years Graduation) . Graduates through Open Universities / Correspondence graduates need not apply. Not more than 2 years of gap in Graduation or Employment. Relieving letters from all the previous companies are mandatory. Candidates who have attended the selection process in the last 6 months will not be eligible to apply again.
