      • Key Responsibilities : a Be a great team player,exp in working with agile teams Ability to collaborate closely with Visual designers,developers and copywriters b Create,improve and use wireframes,prototypes,user flows and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods c Present and defend your design decisions All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles
      • Technical Experience : a 5 yrs of exp and proven track record b Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during interview c Hands-on exp creating wireframes,prototypes,storyboards,user flows,etc d Exp using tools such as Photoshop,Sketch,Illustrator,InVision,UXPin,Quartz,Axure,iRise or any other relevant tool
    • Professional Attributes : a Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5,CSS3 Javascript b Creative ideas with problem solving mindset c Exp working in an agile/scrum development process d Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it
