UX-Architect -Hiring For a well known Bank5 - 10 yearsMumbaiBank is looking for an entrepreneurial creative UX Architect who will cater to various UX requirements of the Bank.The candidate will lead the UX team, research & understand user needs and translate high level requirements into interactive and intuitive protypes & user interfaces.Provide superior userexperience and formulate intuitive customer journeys across the banks digital assets and offlineLeverage user research to influence stakeholders and improve product designs andstrategy.Ability to work on strategic vision utilizing both technical and business acumen.Build empathy and be an advocate of Banks customers through participation inhuman-centered design research and design.Bridge business stakeholders, the customer, and the product experience buildingconsensus across organizational boundaries.Present and explain design concepts and key milestone deliverables to peers andexecutive level stakeholders.Participate in multiple UX-led initiatives and Bank wide initiatives in order tocommunicate the value of UX.Collaborate and interact with product managers, technical leads, developers and UXteam members to identify product opportunities and create compelling interfacesusing the evolving design system.Participate in product refinement and revision based on the outcome of user validationsessions with inputs and suggestions from the business team.
