    • Develop responsive design systems for clients to improve user experience, workflow process, content development and site performance
    • Ideate and concept digital experiences
    • Develop impactful UX strategies that support Brand creative && Marketing strategies

    • Identify competitive landscape && industry trends
    • Deliver compelling, innovative UI concepts
    • Create and develop brand assets
    • Work closely with Creative brand leads to develop and execute performant user experiences
    • Manage and lead teams of designers to deliver on projects
    • Provide a clear and consistent voice on end-to-end UX design to project teams && stakeholders.
    • Create and execute user-centered designs for products that differentiate our brand in the industry.
    • Work with design team to create and improve customer experience, market impact and brand value.

    • Proven && demonstrable experience of being able to work under pressure and multi-
    • task. Should be comfortable with handling pressure since the role demands it.
    • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience designing interfaces across different devices && technology platforms
    • Experience in creating and working with Design Systems
    • Strong understanding of layout, information design and typography
    • Ability to communicate design concepts to stakeholders
    • User-centric approach to design
    • Experience managing and leading a team
    • Creative problem solver
    • Stay current with digital trends and design
    • Expertise in core design and prototyping software.
    • Design user interfaces that are consistent within the current brand standards
    • while helping to evolve the visual brand
    • Create storyboards, and digital prototypes to effectively communicate your
    • interaction and design ideas
    • A bridge between design and analytics and optimization
    • Successfully manage multiple priorities and creative projects, whether
    • independently or within a team environment, while consistently delivering

    • Serve as the digital design expert for assigned products and create user
    • interfaces in the product that are beautiful, efficient and take advantage of next generation technologies and techniques.
