Key Responsibilities: - Independently own, drive and evolve multiple product lines - Mentor and manage multiple teams across Backend, frontend, full stack and QA - Architect highly scalable, highly available systems with minimal guidance - Set the technology direction for the team - Translate business requirements into scalable and extensible design - Continuously refactor applications to ensure high performance and low latency systems The ideal candidate for this role is someone: - Who comes from a marketplace background - Is currently the Engineering Manager in a growing start-up (Series C onwards) - Leading a team of over 25+ software engineers - Has minimum 7 8 yrs of work experience - We can look at returning Indians too - Exposure to Ruby and Vue.js is desirable ,
