Job Description

Dear All,We Have Vacancy For the HR Dpt for the below mentioned post in Tarapur /Palghar Location.HR head-Qualification- Any Graduate-BMS/MBA.Experience Required-5-8 years as HR.JD:Talent Acquisition:Talent planning and preparation of annual recruitment budget for the organization.Maintaining inventory of Job Descriptions across different positions.Conducted recruitments at all levels for plant.Conducted Campus Recruitments and effectively maintaining university relation.Salary negotiations & Offer release.Responsible for Employee Joining formalities and Induction Process.Training & Development:Training Need Identification through reviews.Responsible for updating Annual/Quarterly Training Plan.Maintain training tracker, Preparing MIS & Performance tracker.Organizing various trainings - technical & soft skill programs & induction for the employees& new joinees.Organizing various MDP programs for management.Conducted training sessions on Personal enhancement for all new joinees.Performance Appraisal:Instrumental in Conducting Performance Management across all levels in the organization.Conducting bimonthly reviews of all the employees/new joinees.Writing KRAs & Goal Settings of every employee at the onset of the year.Facilitating Performance Review of each employee during mid term and annual appraisals.Proposing Salary revision percentage for each department.Consolidate statement with salary recommendations for each employee with percentageand roll out the performance process.Calculate annual performance pay (bonus) on the merit ratings received to each employee.Salary and Wages Administration:Updating all personal or salary related information in Companys payroll system in ERP system.Monthly processing payroll.Handling statutory compliances includes DISH, PF, Liaison.Time office work viz: Attendance Records, Leave records, late attendance monitor.To have check on daily attendance registers etc. with proper records of our seniors and respective dept. team members.Others FunctionsPreparing various kinds of MIS ReportsCo-ordination with Corporate Office and factory staff, workers for all kind of HR requirements.Preparation of offer, appointment, confirmation letters, Relieving and Experience letters, Service certificate and other employee related correspondences.Maintaining Personnel files and records of entire staff.Co-ordinating in Administrative functions of Laundry, Canteen, Pest Control, Medical Check-up, Housekeeping, Gardening and Visitor Management.Maintaining proper documentation of HR as per WHO & GMP, Govt. Statutory report requirements.Maintaining HR documentation as per ISO 9001-2000 and ISO 14001.Designing and streamlining HR Policies and procedures for all locations and employees.Best package will be provided to you as per your expectation.Location- Boisar/palghar.If you are interested then forward your resume on sevalalplacement@gmail.com
