Minimum Requirements for the proposed Job role:1. Good knowledge of Ind AS, requirement of Companies Act2. Prior experience of audit of listed companies3. Handled large assignments (listed or non-listed)4. Good communication skills5. Good writing Skills and report drafting6. Prior experience of handling team under him / her (both CAs & articles)7.
