PROCESS:1.Set up new vendors in Octave and train suppliers in the use of Octave2.Provide continuous training as need arises and support to vendors on Octave3.Maintain an accurate vendor resource database by performing day-to-day maintenance as required including amending of all relevant contact4.Pricing information, and entering comments from Project and Quality Management5.Scope market, pre-qualify and recruit individual freelancers, boutique companies and DTP resources for verticals and language pairs determined by Operation teams, in line with our Global Vendor Management strategy6.Communicate vendor information to the site as needed7.Other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to timeREQUIREMENT:1.Should have knowledge of a foreign language or culture2.Graduate with minimum 2+ years of experience as Vendor Coordinator / Management3.Recruitment experience can also be considered
