    Job description
    • The position will be instrumental in defining organizations strategy and business plan for the Industrial dealer sales and execution of the same across India.
    • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets, projecting expected sales volume, collection and profit.
    • Must have handled 50cr+ of business through dealer/distributors per year
    • Managing growth and profitability of the Dealer vertical under Industrial Business as per Business plan.
    • Ensuring superior customer relations and account management and play leadership role with key customers.
    • Monitor and evaluate new business opportunities and converting them into our customers.
    • Identifying the current opportunities and future needs.
    • Travel for in-person, meeting with customers and partners and to develop key relationships
    • Defining performance criteria for the Industrial team and their continuous evaluations against those.
    • Ensure training & development of the team.
    • Ensuring prompt decision making capability to ensure profitable business gain.
    • Should aware about the market dynamics to ensure Organization Goal.
