Job Description

  1. Manage and deliver on topline (premium) targets
  • Delivering on month on month targets for Insurance premium from Aggregator business
  • Negotiation with partners on Business and Pay out etc.
  • Understanding of integration technology
  • Managing day to day relationship with partners
  • 2. Business Development
  • Developing business by pitching to new partners including web aggregators
  • Understanding of E com and digital market, experience will be preferred
  • Overall need some one who is high on hunting and getting partner on boarded.
  • 3. Evaluate Performance (top line & Bottom Line)
  • Evaluate performance of partners data objectively, set and monitor KPIs of top line and bottom line
  • Monitor and continuously find ways to improve performance and productivity
  • Monitor and deliver on customer satisfaction metrics
