Job Description

A Legal Entity controller responsibilities includes but are not limited to running the control workbook that is basically all the check as per Legal entity control standards, Investment Equity float review, Capital adequacy review, financial validation and data attestation, business commentary and analysis, review of MIS, FX tradeout and Capital hedge related reviews, Reg W reviews and submissions, yield analysis, dividend review, board packs, regulatory returns review and finalization, etc. The roles is complex in nature and involves a lot of review and decision making capabilities along with working with senior stakeholders across different groups.The VP is responsible for leading the day to day management of financial information, delivery, integrity and control of the financial statements for UK LE s. Key responsibilities include month close activities, production of financial information and MIS Reporting functions including below:

  • Financial Statement Integrity
  • US Regulatory & Financial Reporting
  • Capital Hedging
  • Equity Pick up
  • GLRS and Month end checks
  • Reporting
  • Reference Data
  • Accrual Booking
  • Expense Allocation
  • Reporting and Analysis
  • Excellent on maintaining & creating Client Relationship
