  • Deeply understand our global human capital operations, systems, and processes. Experience at rolling out HRIS and budgeting process.
  • Develop a strategy to align local human capital programs to the defined global processes
  • Create a strategy to build policies and procedures to satisfy local requirements (i.e. employee handbook, agreements, etc.) and implement necessary changes
  • Hit placement targets to support our growth goals across engineering, sales, delivery, marketing, and operations. Developing and releasing a data driven approach to hiring and retention.
  • Execute the local human capital roadmap and execute a strategy to drive functional goals
  • Develop a talent acquisition strategy with head of talent acquisition for minimal cost of acquisition.
Requirements
  • Passionate about loosely held values and ideas. We want someone who has experience but is not blinded by the path already taken.
  • Human Capital leadership experience in a tech start-up or high-growth environment; you ve lead scaling from
  • Experience leading international teams with experience in the Middle East preferred.
  • Deep HR technical skills to manage the delivery of workforce plans, compensation & benefits strategies, employee relations and compliance issues and utilization of key data
  • Based in New Delhi and open to travel up to 50%
  • Bachelors in Human Resources or relevant field, Masters highly preferred
  • 10+ years in progressive leadership role within Human Resources, HR certification preferred
  • Proven experience as a strategic consultant and coach to executives
  • Experience working in various Human Capital platforms (ADP preferred)
  • Knowledge of HR processes and procedures. Build out documentation of standard processes and procedures, and recommend new approaches where needed
