Job Description

    Role: Virtualization AdministratorExperience: 2 -4 yearsEducation: GraduateWork Location: AndheriKey Skills:
    • Hands on experience on XenApp 6.x, XenServer, PVS, Secure/Access Gateway.
    • Apart from Citrix XenApp, understanding of other core Citrix Components with related to Microsoft Technologies like Active Directory and Terminal Services, DNS, DHCP & HyperV/VMware is Mandatory.
    • Reviews and follows-up with IT team members on a daily basis concerning open requests.
    • Good knowledge in Edgesight Reporting.
    • Good knowledge in Citrix Printing.
    • Good Endpoint Troubleshooting Skills.
    Responsibilities:
    • Monitor XenApp, XenServers, Hyper-V, VMWare Host/Guests.
    • Creating and updating incidents accordingly within the ticket tracking system.
    • Application Publishing and Testing, Application Access granting and removing
    • Resolving printing issues within Citrix, ICA Client management.
    • Analyse and resolve technical issues with Citrix clients, software applications and technical configurations related to end-users.
    • Creating Pools, Host/Guest Installation.
    • Installation and configuration of HyperV/VMware Hosts/Guest machines.
    • Applying relevant Windows patches on Citrix environment.
    • Grant Access to users in accordance with policies from internal and external locations.
    • Create and update user guides and operation documents.
    • Work on incidents and resolve within agreed SLA or escalate at right time.
