Role Description: The Visual designer is responsible for concepting and producing end to end graphics & creatives across multiple formats including web banners, social media creatives, emailers, brand or themed landing pages, event promotions, product launch pages, etc. The candidate must be a self-starter who can independently manage deliverables in a fast-paced quality driven environment. Understand how to engage viewers through enticing visual communication. Know how to create a holistic experience across multiple touch points in a user flow. Understand a design brief and ask the right questions to reduce iterations. Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to understand client needs. Conceptualize and produce stunning work under tight deadlines. Create unique designs solving unique problems, while still aligning solutions under an overall communication style or brand guideline. Adapt to strict workflows. Adapt and learn new software and methods quickly. Self-manage to meet timelines and optimise workload. Requirements: Proven digital visual design experience, particularly in digital. Possession of creative problem solving, versatility, conceptual/ visual ability and originality. Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator/ Corel Draw & other essential tools / platforms. Highly proficient in design fundamentals (typography, color, balance) Professionalism regarding time and deadlines.,
