Job Desciption : Contributes to process improvements and innovation in the training function, Attends TTT for any client requirements, Interfaces with customers when needed, Conducts Need analysis and shares feedback with stakeholders, Meeting the monthly Conversion & Effectiveness targets, Meeting the monthly Conversion & Effectiveness targets, Providing Feedback to New Hires on V&A and Soft Skills Excellentammar and MTI.
