  • Designation : Customer Service Executive
  • Process : Inbound/ Outbound/ Email Chat Process
  • Shift : Rotational Night Shift
  • Salary : 15k-34k
  • Week Off : Rotational Week Off
  • Location : Malad
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • The primary responsibilities is to handle calls from customers or clients and provide them with a solution to their queries.
  • Processing the payments and withdrawals of customers.
  • Ensuring customer queries are answered to their satisfaction.
  • Using computerized systems to access the details of customers.
  • Promoting certain financial products and services.
  • Handling customer complaints or handing them over to a supervisor.
  • Attempt to collect payments
Candidate Requirement:Qualification : Hsc/GraduateExperience : Freshers / up to 3 years of ExperienceSkills:
  • Candidate should have Excellent English Written and Oral Communication Skills
  • Candidate should have decent Typing speed minimum 25w.p.m
  • Candidate should be enthusiastic to learn new things every time.
  • Meeting up to target.
  • Candidates must have multi-tasking ability.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
