Description and responsibilities: Independently work on the automation of functional and performance tests of VoIP end- points Perform speech/ audio performance testing of VoIP end- points Perform system testing of VoIP phones, ATA and IP- DECT devices Test environment bring- up including necessary tools/ equipments Interact with customers and customer support team on need basis Follow the software testing life cycle Requirements: 4- 6 years of working Experience in performing Audio measurements such as Delay, Frequency response, output power, SNR, THD+N and so on Thorough understanding of various standards such as TIA 810/ 920, ES 202 737/ 739, P.862, P.862.2 and so on Ability to perform the protocol testing of RTP/ RTCP, SRTP/ SRTCP, RTCP- XR, TCP/ IP and T.38 independently Working Experience with Speech codecs like AMR- WB, AMR- NB, G729, G723, G726, iLBC and G722 Thorough understanding of VAD/ CNG, Echo, AEC and Jitter buffer components Thorough knowledge of various types of testing including performance, stress, load and inter- operability testing Working Experience with various tools/ simulators like R&S; audio analyzer is must. Working Experience with Agilent VQT, Sage Instruments VQT, Fax- lab, sipp and so on Good understanding and working Experience of third party IP phones, Gateways and ATAs Working knowledge of any of the scripting language is must (Python is preferred) BE / B Tech in Electronics / Telecommunication / Computer Science Should possess strong analytical / troubleshooting skills Should be highly self- motivated and a strong team player Attitude to learn quickly and be flexible to work across projects/ products Ability to work under aggressive project schedule and in dynamic environment Should possess strong communication skills Must be able to travel outside India Desired skill- sets: Working Experience with various Bluetooth profiles,
