    • 10-20 Years
    • Location: Mumbai
    • Industry: Information Technology (Computer Hardware)
    Responsibility:
    • New client acquisition and maintaining OEM relationships.
    • Selling endpoint products (Desktop/Laptop/iPhone/Printer) by implementing national sales plans.
    • Supervises regional sales managers.
    • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analysing trends and results.
    • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories and projecting expected sales volumes and profit for existing and new products.
    • Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
    • Maintains sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply and demand.
    • Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
    • Maintains national staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees.
    • Plans, monitors, and appraises job results.
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results.
    • Creating sales funnels and implementing strategy to achieve individual and team targets.
    • Identify, qualify and pursue business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation.
    • Develop your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
    Education/ExperienceRequired Skills and qualifications:
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in end point products(Desktop/Laptop/Printer/IT Infrastructure) sales
    • A strong relationship with OEM and great connection with clients in the local market
    • Excellent technical understanding and handling team exposure
    • Outstanding interpersonal skill and communication skills.
