Job Description

  • The role reports to Director who heads a large team that is focused on driving B2B business.
  • This role has 5-7 direct reports and large regional team which will have indirect reporting.
  • You will be a key member of a team that drives B2B business through regional business team.
  • This role is to do lots of data analytics & find the trends & build the strategy accordingly.
  • This role is to implement the organization strategy for sales and service vertical of partner channel.
  • This role is to drive revenue through empanelment of new franchisee and ensuring continuous support and guidance to them to grow their business.
  • This role requires enabling new processes for better delivery mechanism which in turn leads to customer delight.
  • This role is to centralize various activity/processes to standardize the experience of channel partners.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • 7 to 10 years work experience in Marketing & Client servicing set-up
  • Post-Graduation.
  • Proven expertise in B2B Marketing & Servicing
  • Ability to articulate trends in Social, Digital, Analytics domains. Proven expertise in conceptualizing & implementing end-to-end processes/solutions that can benefit the business.
  • Data Analytics & Presentation Skills
  • Passion for driving revenue through empanelment & nurturing of new & existing franchisees
  • People management for results, and mentorship to drive learning & growth
  • Impeccable spoken and written English
